Born in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, Sarvelia came to El Paso in 1990 to pursue her education and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sarvelia has a deep understanding of the financial, business, and investment cultures on both sides of the U.S.–Mexico border. Her bicultural background and financial expertise enable her to effectively serve business owners, investors, developers, and commercial property owners throughout the region.
Sarvelia began her career in the financial services industry in 1999 and became a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in 2007. Over the years, she has built a successful career helping clients secure financing for residential and investment properties, with a particular expertise in working with self-employed borrowers, business owners, and real estate investors. Her extensive lending experience gives her clients a unique advantage by helping them understand financing strategies, underwriting requirements, and how capital impacts real estate decisions.
